Refund and Returns Policy – Linen Online


Refunds and Exchanges


To request a return or exchange, valid proof of purchase (receipt or till slip) must be
provided.
Customers may return or exchange goods within fourteen (14) days of purchase.
Where an exchange is not required, Linen Online will accept returned goods and
process a refund to the original payment method, subject to the following conditions:
• Goods must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags
attached.
• Goods must be in a resalable condition.
• Sale items and discounted goods are non-refundable.

Merchandise, Appliances, and Electrical Products


Merchandise, appliances, and electrical products may be refunded or exchanged
provided that:
• Valid proof of purchase is presented.
• The request is made within fourteen (14) days of purchase.
• The item is unused, in original packaging, and the price tag remains attached.
Appliances and electrical products may be repaired, replaced, or refunded under
manufacturer or supplier warranty, provided that:
• The product has been used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
• There is no evidence of misuse, abuse, or structural damage.
• All original components and accessories are returned with the product.
• The original plug has not been tampered with.

Online Purchases


Online purchases may be returned or exchanged in-store.

If an item is faulty or damaged, customers should contact Linen Online Customer
Care immediately at 061 537 2586.

Order Cancellations


• Once an order is submitted, cancellations or changes are not accepted. Goods
will be delivered to the address provided at checkout.
• Customers must verify order details prior to submission.
• If Linen Online is unable to contact a customer using the provided details, after
reasonable attempts, the order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued via
the original payment method.
• Delivery fees may apply for returns due to change of mind or incorrect selection
(e.g., size, colour, product choice).
• Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
• Credit card refunds may take 14–21 working days to reflect, depending on your
financial institution.
• Refunds for credit card payments will be processed to the same card used for
the original transaction.
• Customers unable to return items in person may contact Customer Care at 061 537 2586 to arrange an alternative solution.
